About the printer

AMT Printer S-6044 LONG – medium in size in the line of printers of the S series, created on the basis of the S-6044 printer, allows printing various elements for buildings and any small shapes of up to 55 m2.

Refers to the category of professional workshop equipment. All components of industrial production and are designed for high operating load. One of the advantages of the printer is a large service life – 30 000 hours. Model S-6044 LONG – exceptionally reliable and maintainable equipment. The warranty period is 12 months.

When the printer is equipped, the wishes of the customer are taken into account. The printer can be mounted on walls, on racks, or both. At the request of the customer, the working area of the printer can be increased to 60 m2 (8 x 8).

The printer can be equipped with electric lifters up to 8 m in height and an additional boom for quick printing. In this configuration, the printer can be used to work directly on the foundation when building buildings up to 3 floors. The cost of additional options is specified by the terms of reference (TOR), which is an annex to the supply contract.

All printers without exception pass the control assembly at the enterprise. The equipment is delivered to the buyer in a well-functioning condition, checked for operability. The basic equipment is sufficient for operation: the control box with preinstalled licensed software is included in the package.

The S-6044 LONG printer prints standard 400-500 series cement compositions, available in any construction market. It is possible to use mixtures with mineral additives and fiber. In the instruction manual there are technological regulations on the mixture, therefore, it is not difficult to prepare the necessary concrete for printing.

The printer is easy to operate and maintain. The training program for staff working on the printer is designed for 16 hours. Specialists of our company will teach modeling, preparation of working mixtures and management of the printer. Specialized mixtures for 3D construction printing can also be purchased from us.
