Workshop, field-based

How ready is the device for operation (or just in development)?

The "AMT" line of construction printers is a mass-produced industrial equipment. There are all the necessary certificates for the entire series of printers.

The equipment is delivered to the customer in a debugged state, tested for operability.

How to transport and install the printer? Do I need anyone to help? Can I do it myself?

You can do it without any additional equipment if you want to, but you need to take into account that the portal beam of the S-6044 LONG printer weighs more than 200 kg. Therefore, its lifting and installation manually will require the participation of several people.

As for the S-300 printer, no additional equipment is required to install it directly on the foundation, the equipment is easily assembled.

Is it possible to fill the foundation with a printer (light concrete with foam glass)?

It is possible in theory. But it is much easier to pour the foundation traditionally with concrete pump.

Is it possible to make a house in parts and assemble it later? Is it possible to assemble a house from the printed details?

There are 2 approaches to printing on construction printers: field and workshop version. During workshop production, buildings are printed in parts with their subsequent assembly on the construction site. We made the first residential house in Russia presented in Yaroslavl exactly like this.

Is there an S-300 series printer, but with a larger working area?

Yes, 2 modifications have been created on the basis of the S-300 construction printer. This is the S300-1 printer, which allows you to print buildings with an area of 120 sq.m. up to 2 floors and the S300-2 printer, which allows you to print buildings and structures with an area of up to 180 sq.m. m and up to 7 m high.

Requirements for the printer installation site.

The installation site must be visually aligned. The level of the supports does not have to lie in the same plane. There are no more requirements.

Temperature conditions of construction?

According to the passport, all construction printers operate at temperatures from +5 °C to +40 °C. We carried out printing at sub-zero temperatures up to -7 °C with the use of antifreeze additives. The consumption of such additives is in accordance with the technical regulations for additives.

We intend to build houses, accordingly, we need equipment for this purpose. Advise me suitable equipment.

It should be borne in mind that there are 2 ways to print by construction 3D printers:

  • Workshop for printing elements (parts) of buildings and structures with subsequent assembly on the foundation.
Then assembly on site and filling with ready-mixed concrete in the cavities of the walls. The most suitable printer is S-6044 LONG.
  • Printing directly on the foundation.
To do this, you need to select a printer according to the size of the house. The most popular printers are the S-300 and S-500 in various modifications.

What are the requirements for a "field" version of the printer that can print all the walls at once?

The printer installed on the construction site can also work at subzero temperatures. The S-300 and S-500 printers of our production are completely waterproof. Equipment is highly productive, extremely reliable and maintainable.

What is the estimated price of a printer foundation?

The foundation is filled in the traditional way. You can find out the cost of the foundation device by calculating the construction volumes for the project.
