When buying equipment, we train the buyer's staff. This happens either with us (at the time of shipment of the equipment), or at the buyer's site (if you order additional commissioning, then our specialists come to you).

Training on our base lasts for 2-3 days for two people. It is free of charge. It is carried out before the equipment is shipped to the customer. The training program includes: printer management, routine maintenance, assembly and installation, preparation of mixtures, working with software.

Yes, it is mandatory. The course takes place at our company. Duration is 2-3 days, before shipment. It is possible to do on your equipment. You can participate in the disassembly and packaging of your printer for shipment.

Training takes place at our factory in Yaroslavl, or on the territory of the buyer of the equipment (if you order commissioning).

Training when buying equipment is free of charge. It is carried out before shipment of the equipment, within 2-3 days.

When buying a printer, the training of your specialists is free of charge. Warranty service is 1 year.
