Training is carried out before shipping the printer (on our premises) for 2-3 days. It's free of charge.

At the request of customers, we make the commissioning of equipment. In this case, the training is carried out at the customer's installation site.

Technical support is remote (phone, email). If necessary, an engineer can visit the client.

The cost of printers is indicated on the page of each model. Delivery is carried out according to the tariffs of your chosen transport company. You have to check with them. The data for the calculation of delivery can be found at the link on the page of each model. Commissioning and control assembly is carried out at our company before shipment. Staff training is carried out at our company before shipment, including teaching the assembly and maintenance of the printer. It's free of charge, you bear the costs only for the business trip of your employees to us for 2 days.

Small format printers (Length S-6044, S-6045 M, S-3030, S-6044) - 21 days. Large format printers (S-300, S-500) - from 8 weeks. The prices on the website are relevant.
